Returns and Warranty Merchandise
All returns must be pre-authorized by the Returns Department and receive a return merchandise authorization number (RA#) before shipping back. ALL RETURNED PRODUCTS, INCLUDING WARRANTY PUMPS, MUST BE SHIPPED AT YOUR EXPENSE. Up to 30 days after purchase a full refund is available if the product is in re-sellable condition. After 30 days a 15% restocking charge applies to all items in re-sellable condition. Any product held over 90 days is non-refundable. All items, especially pumps will be put through a series of quality assurance tests by the Aquascape Returns Department. Credit will only be issued for items that are deemed unusable and within warranty. Product found to be in working condition will not be credited and shipping back will be taken care of by you.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect every shipment before signing you delivery receipt. Signed delivery receipts are proof that your shipment has arrived “complete and without damage”. You may refuse your shipment if it has been damaged in transit without penalty. Claims will not be paid if the delivery receipt is signed “complete and without damage”! Be sure to inspect liner rolls carefully since they damage easily! Damage on FedEx/UPS shipments must be reported within 24 hours of shipment delivery.
Standard Truck Freight Shipments/Extra Shipping Expenses
For oversized items shipped by truck freight an additional $25 fee will apply. Someone capable of unloading a freight shipment must be present to unload and inspect the delivery. Appointments for delivery can be arranged; a $25 fee will apply. Any additional fees due to shipment refusal will be the customers’ responsibility. Returns and Warranty of Garden Plans
All sales of garden plans are final. If there is a problem downloading the plans the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of purchase. |
